After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is acknowledgement of receipt — not formal acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock items). If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PDM Brand CA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
For international orders, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not:

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Instructions will be provided.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Consumer Rights (Canada)
